KAVORIK – Jacob J "Jack" Kavorik, age 85, of Wyoming, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Kavorik. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Robert (Madalyn) Mais, Jack (Pudge) Kavorik, and Carolyn (Roger) Schwallier-Towns; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville (East Building). The family will meet with relatives and friends on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the Cook Memorial Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to In-House Hospice, 4403 Cascade Road SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
